Ordering at www.designwear.pk is easy. Just select the items you want to shop enter your shipping address and information and your home.

You are requested to follow the steps mentioned below:

Step – 1 / Choose your desired product & click ‘add to bag’
Step – 2 / Click ‘proceed to checkout’
Step – 3 / Mention name with exchange mode (example) Ali khan Exchange mode & fill your other information.
Step – 4 / When you get to the Additional information column. It must be written “old order number” “return item with size” “product purchase amount” “delivered shipment number” “valid reason of return”

When providing information, the customer places his order by stating his old order number, inside the additional information note, which is to be returned to the product, along with the size and purchase price. Click on ‘place order’ to complete your order. or contact us +92-313-2252-062 WhatsApp only.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Exchange and return is possible within 7 days of purchase. Only those articles will be exchanged/returned that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and the shipment of the wrong items. We have no policy for refund.

REFUNDS
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be not allowed in exceptional cases.

EXCHANGE 
After bringing the Product (s), if there is any problem in your Product (s), then place your own order where you ordered it, After received within 3 days must inform us. Please note that the product must be unused with the Tag / label attached. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected product at [email protected] calling us at +92313-2252-062 within 3 days of purchase. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product OR After changing the design, you will have to pay extra to it..

Cash on delivery, Shipping timing for orders delivery within Pakistan will be 2 to 5 working days.
Rs.200 are applicable as shipping / handling care charges all over Pakistan.
Free shipping within Pakistan on shopping of Rs. 2500 or above.

There are absolutely No-hidden charges.

Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.
